In August we went for a drive to La Jolla Cove - The Children's Pool, (and of course made a stop at Finn's for yummy fresh mexican food!) and the sun happened to be going down while we were there. We took these pics with my crappy 3g iphone...but they look pretty good...how beautiful! Every day I try to catch a glimpse of the ocean...I usually don't have to go that far since we live just a couple of miles away. The beauty of it never ceases to amaze me...and I don't care how long we are fortunate enough to live here I never want to take it for granted.
