Look who's 5!!!!!!

Happy 5th Birthday my sweet little boy! The morning Lukie woke up he received this package from Nanny & Papa...wowowowowow! 584 piece Star Wars Lego Y-Wing...amazing...and HUGE as you can see!!! He didn't waste any time, let me tell ya! He got right to work! Chance calls Lukie a Lego Master!! And he is!!!
The night of his birthday, Lukie chose to go to Ruby's diner for his birthday dinner! It's his favorite place to eat! And eat he did! We started off with root beer floats....

moving on to the hamburgers...yum! Lukie loves a good cheeseburger, just like his Papa Brad!

and we topped it off with a birthday sundae! (Good thing he's a twig, huh?)

Chance was not being very nice to the camera that night...oh well...

My sweet little Lukie...mommy loves you so much. You have grown into such a wonderful, smart, confident, calm, considerate little boy. In just a few short months you will be going off to Kindergarten all day. Right now you go to preschool 3 days a week, but you think (and I believe you are right!) you are more than ready for Kinder...you'll get there! You had a lot of firsts over the last year! The most recent was your first plane ride...how exciting for you! Remember the "taking off speed part"!?? I love you my little monster, my stinky butt boy, mama's baby! You are such a joy to have around always...you are so considerate of others around you and you always play well with other children! We love you angel bug!
