So after we got up and around Christmas morning, we had to try out the new toys!  We went to the park where Luke could try out his new board and where Chance (and Tim) could try out their new amazing remote control car.
1st ever ride!  Go Lukie!
Daddy showing him how it's done while eating an apple!
Getting all suited up!  Knee, wrist and elbow pads + helmet - hope this keeps him relatively safe!
Chance setting up his new car

They went to the boys' school and there was this dog there that kept chasing Chance's car - so funny!
This thing is wicked fast!  It's super fun and it's all-terrain!
WE LOVE OUR SISTER MISSIONARIES!  A few months ago we got Sister missionaries in our ward.  We have always had elders - the boys LOVE having Sister missionaries!  Above is Sis. Bean - she was here for over 6 months and we got so attached to her!  We heart her!  She is from Iowa and is an amazing missionary!  I miss her!  The boys write to her in her new area - it's so cute!
This is Sis. Workoff.  This was her 1st area - she was out only a short time on Christmas.  She is a sweetheart, and it was so fun to see her come out of her 'shell' during the 1st four months of her mission that she was in our ward.  She's from a small town in Texas and was transferred in March. :(  We had them over for Christmas dinner and they are both 'stuffing their faces' with my frozen chocolate pie!
And these are my perfect apple pie and my mixed berry pie.  I have to give myself a pat on the back - they were delicious!
