Since Timmy left with the moving truck May 26, 2012 to our new home in Anthem, Az and we stayed behind for a few weeks while the boys finished school, we wanted to take a final family trip to Ponto Beach. It's weird to think of how very many times we have come to this very beach, whether to stay and swim and bask in the sun all day, eat a quick dinner sitting on a blanket, or take a long walk in the chilly weather (no matter how cold, the boys ALWAYS ended up in the water!), or just to take a break from 'life'. We have been so very blessed to live in this beautiful place only a few miles from the water. I cannot express the joy at being able to see the ocean every day. For our last trip to Ponto with Daddy, we got take-out food from our favorite Mexican dive, Jorge's in Encinitas, and the boys played baseball and we relaxed on the sand. Making memories.
