Our 1st Fall back in Arizona, we decided to take the kids to the Arizona State Fair. Of course, the most fun part for everyone was the petting zoo! And I think the person that was most excited was Timmy 2 Shooz! Goofball. I was dying for one of those llamas to lick him or spit in his face. Never happened though.
I thought this was so funny. There were 2 ducks sitting on the back of this goat! Bahahahaha!
Tim has serious issues. He LOVED the goats. He was brushing this one and it was cuddling up to him.
A kangaroo! And if you look closely (it's kind of blurry) you can see a baby just popping out of the pouch! So adorable!
This is crazy. We went to the fair, just the 4 of us. So Chance and Izzy were texting each other (since Chance was texting everyone with his new phone) and he said "we are at the state fair" and Izzy said "no way we are at the fair right now too!"...so we met up with them and had a grand ole time eating yummy fry bread and going on rides and playing games with Izzy, Sophie, Chloe, Uncle Ried, Nanny and Papa. Izzy loves to sew and is quite talented, especially given her age (12). Turns out she entered this blue dress into the sewing competition at the fair, and even modeled it! She got 2nd place on her modeling and she won a blue 1st place ribbon for the sewing! Go Iz!
These two are best buds! They are so much alike; quite studious and sensitive and they love the gospel. Great kids.
In this pic you can see that the (big) joey that came out of Mum's pouch for a while to nurse....amazing.
Tim thought this was hilarious to get a picture next to the COCKS since he has a COCK hat on...

Luke won a fish on a game....
Izzy wanted to go on a crazy ride...I told her I was her girl! I could go on every single ride at that fair and be quite happy, and not one bit sick. Can't get enough! So, we went on this crazy fast spin-y ride! It goes so fast we couldn't even get a good picture of it, it just blurs! The picture above is actually a pic of Iz and me riding the ride that Nanny took. So fun!
TWO BANANAS AND A FISH!!! TWO BANANAS AND A FISH!!! TWO BANANAS AND A FISH!!! The girls won these stuffed toys and they (Luke, Sophie and Chloe) each got 2 bananas and a fish. The kids kept chanting and singing that over and over...goofballs.
So, Ried, Izzy, Chance and I decided to go on this ride called "The Drop". It was so freaking high and a 'free fall' type ride. It was awesome. Chance was a bit nervous to go on it....and below you can see his face after the ride. The tears fell and he couldn't even try to help it. Poor baby.
We went to see these monster trucks in a derby/race. It was white trash city but it was so fun. None of the kids had ever seen something like this before so it was cool. What a fun night!
