Had fun walking around Seaport Village. CanNOT believe we lived here 3 years and 5 months before going to Seaport Village...??? What's up with that? The kids loved that from the Conceirge Lounge in the hotel windows we could see the marina...it was quite beautiful. We saw a lot of fun things for the boys while we meandered around the Village. The kids had a blast with these parrots...Lukie was quite taken with them actually, not afraid at all! He is his mother's child! hahaha (anyone who knows me knows what I mean!)
Chance was a little less eager but eventually he agreed to hold them long enough to at least get a nice pic. We had a grand time messing with our new camera and changing settings...quite cool.
Good on ya Chancie Boy! Brave boy you are!!!
There's a store at Seaport Village that sells these sticks...can't remember what they are called, but all 3 of the boys would NOT leave the store...they just kept playing and playing and playing....I know what they're getting for Christmas!
Opportunity for a pic in front of a bunch of lobster traps...
After Seaport Village, we went up to Ocean Beach and went to the world famous Hodad's for the best burger in town! It was quite delish and extra greasy! The place is always packed, especially since it's been all over food network and "Man vs. Food"! Chance LOVES that show and was sooooo excited to go here since Adam from the show did!
It is ALWAYS a long wait though...here Chance is eager for his food and Lukie is upset cuz it's taking so long!
License plates plaster the walls. The place is greasy and gritty, perfect for serving the perfect burger, right??? Anything nicer couldn't be in Ocean Beach after all... All surfer duded out, very cool.
I loved this pic cuz of his hand in his pocket. Most of the pics from walking on the Ocean Beach Pier don't have Chance in them, because as you can see below, he got ticked about who knows what and threw a classic Chance fit and got upset so didn't want his picture taken. Sorry buddy...his attitude did improve though, much later!
I thought this was funny...I have a good friend and this was her maiden name, spelled exactly correct! I had to take a pic and send it to her...she didn't believe it at 1st!
We had a enjoyable holiday with the boys and they always love to go stay in a "helltell", and Timmy is always a good sport about it since he is in a "helltell" almost every week of his life!
