The day after Christmas, we went to the Wild Animal Park in Escondido. It was beautiful-we had never been before and it was a perfect day to go! We stayed after dark for the lights-this is the last year they will have them here-next year they will be at the San Diego Zoo. Tim was quite taken with these little deer like things (above) and I loved the elephants. They had like 8 African elephants and 3 were babies! So adorable! I kept thinking of my sweet little sis-in-law, April. She LOVED elephants...
Another fun day in the life of the Hortons. Luke wants to go to the mountains to see the snow for his birthday tomorrow, so I am sure we will have pics from that too!
